Our skin tightening treatments start by strengthening the underlying muscles with Emface. Then, we use radiofrequency (RF) technologies like Morpheus8 to tighten the deeper layers of your skin. Finally, using facials, threads and other cosmetic treatments to target the surface layer, restoring volume and hydration and improving your skin’s overall texture and tone.
SKIN TIGHTENING TREATMENTS
01/ Emface
Emface combines high-intensity facial electrical stimulation (HIFES) with radio-frequency energy to treat the muscle layer of the face. The aim is to restore resting tone to the facial muscles, creating a shorter muscle and ligament length. This results in lifted fat pads and an overall lifted appearance to the skin. The radio-frequency can also stimulate collagen and elastin production, which can improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, skin texture & tone.
We recommend a course of four Emface treatments, spaced one week apart. Maintenance treatments are recommended once every 3-4 months, or a new course every 12 months.

02/ EmbraceRF (FaceTite & AccuTite)
EmbraceRF is a platform containing 3 modalities, one of which is FaceTite. FaceTite supplies radio-frequency energy to the deep layer (subcutaneous and dermis) as well as the superficial skin. The deep radio-frequency contracts and shortens the fibroseptal network in order to tighten skin and improve the level of adhesion to the deeper layer. This results in a firmer, more lifted appearance. In addition to FaceTite’s action on the skin, it can also liquefy fat cells in the submental region, which can then be aspirated. This aims to reduce submental fat, which may give you the appearance of a more defined jawline.
We recommend a single EmbraceRF procedure; results should last up to 3-5 years. We recommended a course of Morpheus8 with maintenance treatments to further enhance results.

Radio-frequency energy delivers heat to the deeper layers of the skin, further stimulating collagen production and tightening the skin. RF Microneedling is designed to tighten lax skin on the face and neck, as well as improve the skin tone and texture, and clarity.
We recommend a course of four RF Microneedling treatments, spaced four weeks apart. We recommend maintenance treatments every 6 months to maintain and further enhance results.

RF Ultrasound is a RF skin tightening procedure that combines controlled radio frequency (RF) and focussed ultrasound energy to increase hyaluronic acid production within the skin by 224%, to increase hydration within the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin production to tighten the skin, improve crepey skin and fine lines and wrinkles.
We recommend a course of four RF Ultrasound treatments, spaced one week apart. Maintenance treatments are recommended one every 3-4 months, or a new course every 12 months to maintain results.

05/ Thread lifting
Thread lifting is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure that involves inserting dissolvable threads into the face and neck to pull the skin in an upward direction. Threads can address laxity on the face and neck, jowling, droopy brows, acne scars and loss of tissue volume. Threads are designed to improve lax skin, restore volume, and improve the quality and texture of the skin.
You typically only need one thread lifting procedure; results last 12-24 months. However, to maintain optimal results, we do recommend combining thread lifting with other treatments like Emface and RF microneedling for the best results.

SKIN TIGHTENING INFORMATION
The aim of most anti-ageing treatments is skin tightening, because this is what we all see in the mirror: a tighter, more lifted appearance. However, to achieve a tighter appearance, we have to look beyond the skin to all layers of the face. From deep to superficial, we have bone, muscle, fat, dermis, and epidermis.
Changes occur in each layer over time, leading to what we see as skin laxity. As bones resorb and the face loses its structure, muscles and ligaments become loose and attenuated, resulting in a loss of support for the overlying tissues and fat pads. Fat atrophies and results in volume loss and hollowing. The skin itself loses collagen and elastin fibres as well as hyaluronic acid, resulting in crepey, thin, dehydrated skin.
Addressing these changes requires a multimodality approach so that we are not just treating multiple layers, but multiple layers using different methodologies.
