Emface Brisbane

Wrinkles, skin laxity and loose facial muscles are all common signs of ageing. Over time, the collagen and elastin levels in our body decrease, making our skin less resilient to environmental stressors and less able to maintain a youthful appearance. Our jawline may become less defined and our skin can become tired-looking and lax.

In a non-invasive treatment, Emface is designed to target the muscle that lift the face, which may improve the appearance of skin laxity, volume loss, fine lines and wrinkles and create a more defined and restored appearance. This game-changing treatment can be an efficient alternative to surgical options, such as a facelift.

What is EMFACE?

A revolutionary needle-free, hands-free treatment, Emface uses synchronised RF and HIFES energies to reduce wrinkles and tighten the skin.

The effective, non-invasive treatment targets both the skin and muscles for best results, in a procedure that lasts only 20 minutes for a full face.

Synchronised RF (Radiofrequency) will remodel and smooth the skin by heating the dermis, prompting the production of more collagen and elastin, two proteins responsible for youthful skin. At the same time, HIFES contracts the facial muscles, restoring the support of the muscles by increasing density and quality.

Emface may significantly reduce wrinkles, create a lifting effect and increase muscle tone, achieving a more lifted appearance.

What can EMFACE treat?

Emface may treat wrinkles, sagging skin and loose muscles in the facial area, targeting areas of concern such as:

  • Forehead lines
  • Sagging skin around the eyebrows
  • Eye wrinkles (crow’s feet)
  • Lines around the mouth (smile lines)
  • Drooping mouth corners
  • An undefined jawline
  • Tired-looking skin

Objectives of EMFACE

Emface may help to improve fine lines and wrinkle, skin laxity and volume loss, but Emface offers a variety of other benefits:

  • A non-invasive, needle-free and hands-free treatment: Emface uses synchronised RF and HIFES energies, and the treatment can be performed using the applicators independently
  • Fast treatment time: Treat a full face in as little as 20 minutes
  • Comfortable: Emface is a tolerable and comfortable treatment, with patients experiencing only a sensation of warmth or a vibration and muscle contraction as the advanced technology gets to work.
  • Lasting results: The revolutionary treatment works to increase collagen and elastin levels, as well as strengthen the facial muscles that have weakened with age to create long-term results
  • Miniminal downtime: Resume your daily routine as normal without the need for an at-home recovery period

Emface is associated with no downtime, although you may notice that your skin can appear slightly red straight after the treatment. However, redness should subside within about five minutes. You should be able to resume your daily routine as normal, without discomfort or pain.

All of our treatment plans are personalised, so we may provide you with some recovery instructions if we feel you need to be cautious of anything post-treatment. One of our practitioners can discuss this with you during your consultation.

How much does EMFACE COST?

Emface single session: $900
Emface four sessions: $3240

At Inigo Cosmetic in Brisbane, we personalise our facial treatment, tailoring the steps to meet the needs of each individual. You may need a treatment plan of four Emface treatments to achieve the best results, or you may need less, which can influence your total treatment costs.

To get an accurate, personalised quote, we recommend booking a consultation as soon as you can to receive an individual assessment.

What to expect

After a thorough consultation to discuss your desired results, one of our experienced practitioners will carefully place the Emface applicators in the right areas on your face. The applicators will stay flat on your face, like pads, and can operate hands-free. There are no needles or anything invasive on the applicators, as they work using synchronised RF (Radiofrequency) and HIFES energies.

The RF energy will heat up the dermal tissues, stimulating collagen and elastin fibres, while the HIFES will send thousands of pulses to contract the facial muscles, causing them to strengthen and tighten overtime. Treatments last for about 20 minutes, and may be repeated for three to four sessions to achieve the best results.

Your results

After your course of four Emface treatment sessions, your skin may begin to feel tighter, with results becoming visible at around four to six weeks after your last treatment. You may notice a firmer and healthier appearance to the skin, a more contoured and defined appearance, and less wrinkles and fine lines.

Thanks to the long-term effects of the treatment, you will continue to see improvements overtime, seeing a lasting change in the health and strength of your skin and facial muscles.

Possible Risks and Complications

As long as the Emface treatment is performed on suitable candidates, risks are quite minimal. Make sure that you discuss your health history and any conditions you may have, as well as disclose any medication you are currently taking, so that we can assess your suitability for treatment during a consultation.

Most candidates with signs of ageing on the face can be suitable for Emface treatments, provided that they have realistic expectations as to what the procedure can achieve and would be committed to completing their recommended number of treatments. However, those who have implants or metal plates in their face will not be suitable for treatment. Ultimately, your suitability for treatment can be determined during a consultation.

The right number of treatments for you will depend on the condition of your skin and facial muscles, and your desired results. Usually, we recommend a course of four treatment sessions with Emface, to see the best results. Your ideal amount of treatments to reach your goals will be discussed during your consultation.

Thanks to the non-invasive, needle-free nature of the treatment, it should be tolerable and feel comfortable with no pain. You may feel a sensation of warmth and a vibration or the muscles contracting while the treatment is in action.
