Recovery
After your Morpheus8 scar revision treatment, you can expect two to three days of downtime. Mild redness, swelling, tenderness and bruising are common side effects, which generally fade within a few days. You may also notice some small, dotted marks on the skin from the microneedles. These will usually crust and flake off in a day or two.
Following treatment, your skin will be more sensitive to the sun, so wearing an SPF 30+ or higher creme daily is essential. Hot baths, showers and saunas should be avoided for at least 3-5 day.
Your practitioner may recommend the iS Clinical Sheald Recovery Balm be used on the treated area for 3-5 days following your Morpheus8 RF Microneedling scar revision treatment.
