- Massage the treated area daily for 5 minutes per day for 7 days
- Your treatment outcomes can be influenced by factors such as smoking or excessive alcohol consumption, or ongoing medications. Avoid alcohol for 48 hours following treatment.
- While there is no specific diet requirement, it is strongly advised to maintain a healthy eating regimen to support and sustain your results. It is important to note that weight gain may hinder your ability to fully appreciate the desired outcomes of the treatment.

- Typically, clients may return to their normal activities immediately after receiving a Tempsure Vitalia treatment
- Temporary redness (erythema) and edema (minor swelling) of the skin following treatment is normal and may be visible on external treatments.
- Avoid hot tubs, or hot water when washing or showering until erythema(redness) has subsided.
- Use only water-based moisturisers (no oils) immediately after treatment to calm or soothe the skin, if necessary.

Intimate Shot pre-care
- Ensure you have completed your new patient form prior to your appointment
- Have a normal papsmear with 12 months of appointment
- If medically safe to do so -> Discontinue taking medications that thin the blood such as Aspirin, Coumadin, Heparin and Plavix, β-Lactum Antibiotics, Vitamin E, Multi vitamins, Omega-3 Fatty Acids, Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng, and Green Tea seven (7) days prior to treatment.
- Stop taking (if medically safe to do so) anti-inflammatory medications such as Aspirin, Advil, Ibuprofen, Naproxen and Voltaren (7) days prior to treatment.
- Avoid smoking (3) days prior to treatment.
- Avoid alcohol 24-48 hours prior to your appointment
- Keep hydrated, drinking 1-3 litres of water 5-7 days prior to your appointment
- Avoid waxing, bleaching, tweezing, or the use of hair removal cream on the area to be treated (3) days prior to treatment.
Intimate Shot post-care

- You can ake simple analgesic products for any pain or discomfort.
- Apply ice or cold compresses to reduce swelling. (Be careful immediately post as the area will still be numb)
- DO NOT scratch treated skin.
- Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and smoking for (3) days after treatment.
- Avoid vigorous exercises or strenuous activities within the first 24-48hrs.
- Continue to refrain from taking blood thinning and anti-inflammatory medications for (7) days after your procedure (if medically safe to do so).
- Avoid saunas, steam rooms, Jacuzzis and pools (3) days after your treatment.
Intimate Shot risks & complications
As with any medical procedure, patients my experience some discomfort and/ or a reaction following the intimate shot treatment. Most side effects reported are mild and resolve quickly.
Risks & complications can include bleeding, redness, bruising, swelling, tenderness, tissue damage, pigmentation, irritation, dryness, pressure or more frequent urination, a feeling of fullness, heightened sensitivity, unsatisfactory results, tingling or mild itching symptoms and/or allergic reactions.
All of these risks are normal reactions to the injection and are generally not unsafe or damaging. These effects fade quickly, in general around four weeks or less, while the body is using PRP growth factors to rejuvenate tissues with new, healthy cells.

Rejuran risks & complications
Rejuran Dermal filler, Skin boosters and Bio-remodelling injections may carry risks and complications which include bleeding, redness, bruising, swelling, tenderness, lumps and bumps, asymmetry, irregularities, infection, nerve damage, filler migration, vascular occlusion, blindness, skin necrosis, granulomas (nodules), tingling or mild itching symptoms and/or allergic reactions.
Common side effects include:
- Minor flaking, dryness and peeling may last 7-10 days.
- Micro scabs may form but will fall off within a few days (7~10 days for face).
- You will see small blebs on your face after the Rejuran injection, however the blebs will
disappear in 3 days. - Swelling and bruising can occur on the day of treatment, bruising may surface in a
couple of days after treatment and may last up to 2 weeks. - Moderate erythema (redness), swelling and skin sensitivity (3-7 days).
- Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (darkening of the skin) : This can last from 2
weeks to 12 months and may resolve itself, however, you may need a prescribed cream
to promote the healing the process faster. - Development of infection that in rare cases could lead to scarring caused by picking,
and failure to follow aftercare instructions. - Petechiae (pinpoint red spots caused by bleeding) may occasionally occur immediately after treatment.

- Hirudoid or Arnica creams can be used for bruising

Dermal Filler Dissolving pre-care
- Ensure you have completed your new patient form prior to your appointment
- Avoid caffeine, alcohol, smoking & blood thinners (eg. fish oil, aspirin, green tea & vitamin e) for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
- Avoid Skin treatments including facials, lasers, microneedling and waxing for at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment
- If you have a history of cold sores, we recommend start taking your anti-viral tablets for up to 48 hours before. Any Lip procedures, can activate the colds ore virus
- Please ensure you arrive with no makeup on to your appointment

- Common side affects like bruising, swelling and redness should resolve within two weeks
- Ice may gently be applied after treatment for comfort
- Anti-histamines may be taken to reduce swelling

- Avoid invasive skin treatments including lasers, microneedling and waxing for at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment on the area you are having done

Nanofat transfer post-care
- Have someone drive you home after your procedure.
- Get plenty of rest.
- Follow a balanced diet.
- • Take pain medication as prescribed. Do not take aspirin or any products
containing aspirin, unless approved by your doctor. - Avoid alcohol for 3 weeks following your procedure as it may cause fluid build up
- If you smoke, you should consider stopping. Smoking can significantly
decrease the chances of survival of the transferred fat cells. - Limit salt in your diet (if possible) in order to reduce facial swelling.
- During your rest and recovery at home, you should avoid the temptation to
do a lot of household busywork like cleaning and gardening that involves
bending over and straining, this can lead to noticeable and prolonged
swelling. - You can apply makeup to the face the day after your procedure if needed as long as
there are no stitches in the area.
When should I call my doctor?
Call you doctor if you notice any of the symptoms below:
- Worsening swelling and redness that persist after a few days.
- Increased redness
- Severe or increased pain not relieved by medication.
- Any side effects to medications including;
o Rash
o Nausea
o Headache
o Vomiting
o Diarrhea
• Yellowish or greenish liquid from the incisions or a foul odor.
• Loss of feeling or motion. - In the event of life-threatening bleeding, call 000 or go to the emergency
department.
Nanofat Transfer risks & complications
Nano fat transfer procedures may carry risks and complications, including bleeding, redness, bruising, swelling, infection, pain and discomfort, tenderness, lumps and bumps, scarring, asymmetry, irregularities, unsatisfactory results, and potential changes in skin texture. Additionally, there is a risk of fat necrosis, where the transferred fat may die and form hard lumps, as well as potential allergic reactions or adverse responses to the injected fat.
