EMBRACERF BRISBANE

EmbraceRF is a platform with three hand-pieces (FaceTite, AccuTite & BodyTite) that was developed to offer a solution for patients who are looking for an improvement in facial ageing, skin laxity, jowling and submental fat without surgical intervention.

What is EmbraceRF?

EmbraceRF is platform consisting of three seperate handpieces: Facetite, AccuTite & BodyTite. The EmbraceRF platform combines radio frequency assisted liposuction (RFAL) to coagulate unwanted fat cells under the chin area and lower face with radio-frequency energy to stimulate collagen and elastin production. The EmbraceRF platforms aims to tighten skin laxity on the face, neck, & body, jowling, under eye bags, minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, remove pockets of unwanted fat under the chin (double chin area) and areas of the body, visible signs of ageing and cellulite.

EmbraceRF innovative aesthetic workstation introduces the concept of adipose-remodelling of the face and body. EmbraceRF offers three non-surgical invasive treatments generally considered effected: FaceTite, Morpheus8, and BodyTite. Using radiofrequency energy to heat the skin, FaceTite and Morpheus8 treatments aim to strategically mould the fat of the lower face to augment the jawline and rejuvenate the neck. This new facial rejuvenation method is unique to the EmbraceRF aesthetic workstation and can only be performed using a strategic combination of FaceTite and Morpheus8 treatments. Additionally, in a minor surgical procedure using directional RF, BodyTite aims to remodel body tissue on areas such as the abdomen, breasts, arms, and thighs, through fat coagulation and volumetric heating resulting in radiofrequency assisted lipolysis (RFAL).

FaceTite is an advanced contouring solution designed to tighten and lift facial tissues. The FaceTite hand-piece delivers radio-frequency assisted lipolysis (RFAL) energy to both internal and external tissues to contract skin and coagulate fat with the aim of removing stubborn pockets of fat under the chin area, tightening lax skin on the face & neck, minimising the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and general facial ageing.

FaceTite is performed using a combination of EmbraceRF and the Morpheus8.

AccuTite uses targeted radio-frequency energy to the eye area to tighten the underlying tissues, while contracting the top layer of the skin, with the aim to tighten lax skin in the area, improve crepeiness and minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

FaceTite can be combined with a surgical blepharoplasty or non-surgical options like Exion RF Ultrasound.

BodyTite uses directional RF designed to create three-dimensional tissue remodelling through fat coagulation and volumetric heating, resulting in radio-frequency assisted lipolysis (RFAL). Allowing for customisable treatments to help achieve desired results, the innovative BodyTite technology may shape and lift targeted areas of the body. While still being categorised as a minimally invasive treatment, BodyTite is minor surgery, as it is performed by using an aspirating, or non-aspirating cannula. The cannula is inserted beneath the skin and moved back and forth, while the temperature is monitored on a heat map, to facilitate precise treatments.

EmbraceRF has three hand-pieces including FaceTite, AccuTite & BodyTite which are designed to treat:

  • Mild to moderate skin laxity
  • Face & neck laxity
  • Volume loss
  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Tighten loose crepey skin
  • Submental fat

Most patients will only need to have one single EmbraceRF (FaceTite, AccuTite & BodyTite) treatment. We recommend combining your EmbraceRF with a course of Morpheus8 RF microneedling sessions, spaced 4-6 weeks, for optimal results.

Best results are seen 6-12 months following your last treatments. While EmbraceRF (FaceTite, AccuTite & BodyTite) results are generally long-lasting, they do not stop the natural ageing process. With time, your skin will begin to age again, at which point you may consider additional maintenance treatments with Morpheus8 RF Microneedling

After your EmbraceRF, you can expect 7-14 days of downtime. Redness, swelling, tenderness, numbness and bruising are common side effects, however, this should generally fade within a few days.

Following your EmbraceRF procedure, it’s important to adhere to specific post-procedural instructions for optimal recovery. For the first 24 hours, refrain from showering to protect the treated area, ensuring dressings remain dry. In the event of wet dressings, gently dry them with a hair dryer on a cool setting. Avoid vigorous activities such as scrubbing, exfoliating, or massaging the treatment area for two weeks, and steer clear of alcohol and anti-inflammatory medication for the initial week. Wear your compression garment full-time for the first three days, then transition to nighttime wear for the subsequent two weeks, ensuring proper support. Elevate your head on two to three pillows during sleep for the initial 72 hours, and consider applying gentle ice over the compression garment as needed. Refrain from exercise, swimming, or exposure to hot tubs or saunas for two weeks, and avoid bending or heavy lifting during this time. Makeup should be avoided for 72 hours, and abstain from smoking or vaping for six weeks. Sleep positioning is crucial; for the first 72 hours, sleep upright with elevation, followed by back sleeping from day three to seven, and abstain from stomach sleeping for the subsequent two weeks. Additionally, follow a gradual return to exercise regimen, starting with gentle walking in the first week. Resume cosmetic injections after two weeks, threads after 6-12 weeks, and facial treatments after four weeks for a smooth and successful recovery process.

The best way to determine whether this treatment is right for you is to have a consultation at Inigo Cosmetic in Brisbane with Dr Ian Chinsee. However, if you are concerned about signs of skin ageing, such as skin laxity, volume loss and fine lines and wrinkles, or would like to lift and shape areas of your body such as the abdomen or thighs, EmbraceRF could be a treatment option for you.

The EmbraceRF aesthetic workstation is designed to treat several concerns, such as:

  • Face and neck laxity
  • Volume loss
  • Jowls
  • Double chin
  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Poor skin texture
  • Enlarged pores
  • Stretch marks
  • Unwanted fat deposits

Additionally, BodyTite can contour and lift areas of the body, such as:

  • Abdomen
  • Breasts
  • Arms
  • Thighs
  • Knee tissue
  • Face
  • Neck

Recovery time after EmbraceRF can vary depending on multiple factors. Typically, it takes 1-12 months for a full recovery, during which it is crucial to avoid strenuous physical activity, additional cosmetic procedures, and excessive exertion to ensure proper healing.

EmbraceRF treatments are designed to be minimally invasive, meaning that a few days of downtime may be required, depending on the treatment.  A compression garment will need to be worn on the treatment areas after BodyTite procedures, as it will help with excess fluid drainage and help to reduce swelling.

Radiofrequency treatments use energy waves to heat the deeper layers of the skin, known as the dermis. This stimulates new collagen and elastin production, which are the two proteins that help keep the skin looking firm, supple and youthful. Over time, radiofrequency treatments help to tighten lax skin, reduce wrinkles and restore lost volume.

Radiofrequency assisted lipolysis (RFAL) involves using radio frequency to heat the fat in the targeted areas, with the aim of removing the unwanted fat deposits while tightening the skin.
