HOW DOES IT WORK?
TempSure Vitalia is a non-surgical, non-invasive, non-ablative, comfortable treatment using monopolar radiofrequency (RF) technology to improve the function and appearance of the vaginal tissue and the vulva (external vaginal area).
The radiofrequency energy signals a mild healing response in the body, which responds by increasing the production of collagen and elastin. This simultaneously treats any existing collagen while stimulating new collagen production.
The result is a renewed structural support to the skin.
USED TO TREAT
- Increase vaginal tightness.
- Improve urinary incontinence.
- Improve aesthetic appearance.
- Improve dryness and discomfort.
RESULTS
Results are noticeable after the first treatment and continue to improve over the coming weeks, with the final result noticeable after 3 months.
3 treatments performed monthly are recommended for optimal results. Maintenance treatments are recommended every 12 – 18 months after treatment or as required, this will vary between individuals.

UNSUITABLE PATIENTS
- Patients must have a clear pap smear result within the last 18 months.
- Pacemakers or implantable devices.
- Nerve insensitivity to heat anywhere in the treatment area.
- Active skin issue in the treatment area, including HPV, eczema, psoriasis, cancer.
- Active or recent viral or bacterial infection (coughs, colds, flu).
- Autoimmune diseases.
- Medications: Roaccutane in past 12 months,
- Photosensitive medications.
- Photosensitive epilepsy.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding.
RISK & SIDE EFFECTS
- Mild swelling and redness may occur in treatment area (can last up to 24 hours).
- The results of radiofrequency combined with other treatments is unstudied and unknown.
- Additional risk factors associated with radiofrequency skin treatments may be discovered in the future .
WHAT TO EXPECT
During the treatment patients will feel warmth and heat. Although some patients may experience mild discomfort, most patients describe the treatment as comfortable.
The treatment will usually take around 30 – 45 minutes to complete.
BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT
1 week prior: Remove hair in treatment area.
3 days prior: no exfoliation, waxing, or hair removal in the treatment area.
2 days prior: avoid alcohol and stay hydrated.
AFTERCARE
- Wash skin with tepid water and a gentle cleanser.
- Avoid strenuous exercise and heat (saunas, LED, hot showers) for 24 hours .
- Don’t scrub, exfoliate, or aggressively massage treatment area for 24 hours.
- Avoid sexual intercourse for 48 hours.
- Eat a healthy diet and hydrate with 2 – 3L of water daily.
